Bought a fuel pump from these guys the pump failed within seven days and I tried to get them to replace it and they said oh you gotta buy another one and then we'll let you know if we can refund you. They are the biggest crooks buyer beware

During my recent visit, I was overcharged for a pulley/belt kit that was unnecessary for my repair needs. Although I had asked about pricing for individual parts, I was persuaded to buy the complete kit, only to discover later it cost much more as a kit and that the belt included was the wrong size. When I returned to address this issue, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful treatment. Specifically, pricing at Northside Imports appears to vary from one salesperson to another, with no clear standard or transparency. One employee, Omar, responded to my concerns with rudeness and aggression, instructing me to return the parts I had already installed....suggesting I purchase them online instead. been buying from them for a few years with minimal issues. earlier this year we moved locations and have been trying to update the account with the new address so we can get some stuff ordered. its been months and finally i got someone on the phone who can update the account. only for them to inform me that they closed my account due to no activity..... an account I've been trying to update so I can use it and make purchases but have not been able to get them to update... now they tell me i have to re apply and fill out the entire application process allover again since the account was closed... meanwhile they are the reason the account went unused because they never updated the address so we couldn't get anything delivered... northside has fallen very far from its origin of being a top no

I am really disappointed i just get four parts yesterday about $510 and I am trying return two parts of ball joint of $59 each still in bix new .they charge me for restocking fee other places we go no one charge me restocking fees and front desk male they have very mad faces bad treatment no more this place

A woman working at the front counter, who had dyed blonde hair with visible black roots, was rude and displayed unprofessional behavior toward me. She also disparaged her co-worker in front of me and other customers by calling them dyslexic and claiming they “can’t read” to excuse an error when I was given the wrong part. What should have been resolved in under five minutes ended up taking thirty, until another employee stepped in and handled it properly. I do not plan to continue shopping here if this is the standard for customer service.
