Unloading is quick but they will clean the nails from the trailer floor. It is your responsibility to clean up after unloading Northstar Battery. Drivers if you bring lead that is braced to the floor with 2 x 4 wood, get ready to remove them after unloading. Such a shame.
What a place!!! I've never been in a warehouse that's so clean and organized!! The shipping people were very friendly and happy to work there. Just that makes the experience worth it. I was loaded and on my way in just under 30 minutes. This place is worth coming back to. They understand a drivers time is precious and do their best to get you moving.
I have to say I was thoroughly impressed overall with the facilities as well as the customer service from the moment I walked in I was greeted and met at the door the appointment I had waiting was available to me in less than 5 minutes I was then walked out and made you feel very welcome the entire time I was there
Beautiful factory, everything nice and clean and everyone is very friendly
It's A Great Place..With Very Kind People!!!
