Started with an oil change and ended up getting my brakes and rotors replaced. During the oil change they checked my tire pressure and filled them and sprayed the hinges of all of my doors which was so nice. They also let me know that I needed new brakes and rotors (my dash light had been on an embarrassing amount of time) but they were very kind and gave me an estimate, ordered the parts, and did the job on a Saturday morning for me. I felt very comfortable, all of the guys were extremely professional and helpful. Charlie was the only persons name I caught and he was the best! The pricing was extremely fair, they knew what to do with my foreign car (I honestly have no idea but they knew), and they did all the repair work on a Saturday! I’ve had a great experience with this shop over the years. They’ve always been honest and trustworthy. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in when the heat stopped working, and they looked at it right away, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road the next day. Great place to get work done — I highly recommend them.

I visited Northville Express Lube for the first time today and received the best service I’ve ever had from any auto service provider. Hass, Joe, and Moe were speedy (in and out in a few mins), professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in top condition. The price was also extremely reasonable and on the receipt was a coupon for a free car wash at the place next door. I will skip the dealership and return to this place every time for future oil changes.

I had an outstanding experience! Charlie, Moe and the gang took the time to clearly show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, walking me through the details so I knew what needed to be fixed and why. The repair was done quickly, professionally, and with great care. What impressed me even more was how extremely reasonable the fees were—about one-third of what the dealership would have charged. The level of honesty and transparency is rare and very appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with the service, the value, and the integrity they showed. This was the best I've been treated in any establishment every. Mike is one of the most professional and kind person I've met. I didn't catch the other guys names but everyone met me with smiles and warmth. Complementary water bottles, free car wash, quick service, competative pricing, complementary coffee in a heated waiting room (for longer transactions). This should be a benchmark for how businesses should be operating.
