I just bought my very first brand new car from northwest auto! I had such an amazing experience after such a frustrating shopping process days prior my sales rep Internet manager Ronnie Cars was extremely helpful and straight forward through the whole process. He had great communication skills and was a lot of fun to work with. I drove an hour and a half to get there and would do it again 100x over. My car was beautifully cleaned and maintained. 20/10 recommend!

Jacob sherman was helping out on my purchase. Drove 4hrs to get this car. Before hand he had told me it was super clean. I had my doubts. Before i made the long trip, i called again and told him. This is how much money i got and if i should still head over. He said yeah. We will make it work. So i drove 4hrs. Car was super clean just like he had said. They worked with me on the price. I drove out from Mill Creek to take a look at a Dodge Charger. I talked with Anthony online, and Isaac took care of me while I was in the office. Both were super friendly and did a great job of providing me with information and a test drive of the charger. Spent 20 minutes with Laura taking care of all of the paperwork and very happily drove home with a new car. I have a tendency to drive my cars for roughly 20 years, but if you guys are still in business in 2046, I'll come trade the charger back in for something new. Thank you very much! You guys did an awesome job and I am super happy with my purchase. They're about a 45-minute drive from Everett, but they provided one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.
