Audi owner here that always used the dealership for service. NW Autohaus gave my Audi amazing service and went over everything like the dealership would. I’m a woman and always leery of some automotive places. Jason put the diagnostic machine on my Audi to find out what the idiot light on the dash was (low tire pressure). Brandon got my Audi in for oil change and service. He then went over all the things the mechanic checked. No problems found and I’m one happy customer! Great customer service! Finding the building that the NW Autohaus was located in was the hardest part so I posted pictures of the storefront and sign by the road.

my wife has a 13' Volvo xc60 that my go to shop in klamath falls won't work on (they've dumped all euro car repairs/service). we had a big red exclamation light come on with battery symbol too. thought it was going to be alternator (via Google). Travis was super helpful. I told him the deal and he went out of his way to squeeze us in for a deep diagnostic. Chris (owner) made time to take care of it for us. turned out to be a loose wire or cable from the battery. will definitely be returning. they have my business as long as we have a euro car. thanks again

I don't usually do reviews, but these guys went above and beyond! I couldn't recommend another European car auto shop in the Rogue Valley over Northwest Autohaus. I will definitely be bringing my wife's car as well. I know it will be in good hands.

Got an oil change here for our 2001 Boxter. They were super quick and very fairly priced. Even gave us a free bottle of oil in case we needed to top up on our journey.
