Brought my 2001 F-350 crew cab long bed with the 7.3 Powerstroke in with a drivability issue that needed proper diagnosis. Instead of upselling or jumping straight to major work, they took the time to figure out the real cause and fixed the actual problem without pushing unnecessary work. They were straightforward, honest about what did and didn’t need to be done, and handled a few additional maintenance items while they were in there. Communication was solid, and workmanship was clean. Hard to find shops like this anymore. I’d trust them again without hesitation.

The guys here were great brought my truck in for some preventative maintenance, they gave me a few different options and saved me money. Along the way we ran into some bigger issues, as busy as they were the repairs were executed quickly and correctly. Skyler and Jeff were great to work with and I would recommend this shop for all your diesel needs.

If I could give this place 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough to describe my experience. I called these guys up to set up a time for drop off, expecting to have to work around strict hours, or leaving a key on the truck somewhere with a risk of it getting stolen, and prepared for a large diag fee. Completely flipped the tables on me. I needed to drop off my truck due to odd hours, and they have a secure key drop off point. Reasonable diag fee. Came in under par. They sent the diagnosis, estimate, and request through a text message, which was great. I was able to approve and sign for the work really easily. I even called in to make sure that that was all I needed to do to get the job started. They ordered the part, installed, and put everything back together before 3PM that same day

These guys are the absolute best!! They got my commercial vehicle up and running after a complex problem that nobody else could figure out. Called these guys with a problem with my truck and they got in that day and started working on it even though im sure theyre calendar was full and they did everything they could to get my truck right and back to me as soon as possible now it runs great they have great customer service super helpful group of guys!
