Very overpriced and extremely unprofessional. They wasted a lot of my time with poor communication and no clear answers. Service quality does not match the high prices at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Great Experience. Had questions they answered. Honestly would recommend. Also for clean. Adorable friendly dog here as well
Brought the truck in for a battery issue took them 20 minutes to do a test and couldn’t fined an issue, truck wasn’t even pulled into a bay work was done outside on the lot, was told by the tech that I didn’t need to pay or sign nothing. Left the lot, 30 minutes later they call me to pay $180. Nice way of sticking it to the customer… Might I add my truck is a 2023 VNL under manufacture warranty less then 35,000 miles and the service adviser never told me that I would be charged for anything. Don’t waste your time here.
Have taken my equipment there more than a couple times, for different reasons. I have yet to have them fix what needs fixing on time or at all. Parts forget to get ordered multiple times and have to put trucks down for longer than needed. Need AC and Engine oil leak fixed, truck came back with engine oil leak and still no AC but was billed in full of course. Receptionist is nice though.
Best customer service great dealership to work with. Javier in the parts counter is very talented and finding any parts you need has a lot of knowledge. He can also help you with Cat and Cummins parts.
