I needed a new tire, balance and rotation. I happened to drive by this place. The owner was there and he was so kind and helpful. They were quick and efficient! He legitimately seemed to look out for my best interest. Great customer service. When I left I didn't even feel when I went over the curb! I dont think i will ever go to discount tire again. I went to this wonderful tire shop Northwest Freeway Tire Shop this week and had a great experience! The tire attendant was very professional and had a very positive attitude. Gave me a few suggestions and I accepted them. He put me back on the road in no time. He checked the air pressure in all of my tires as well. The owners were there and are very nice and welcome me there. I will definitely return if I'm in need of their service ever again. I recommend this as the go to tire shop. Northwest Freeway Tire Shop is absolutely the BEST and I give all CUDDOS to them!
