Raymond and Anthony are excellent at Northwest Hyundai Service center. Anthony did excellent making certain my car received the required and necessary service. Raymond followed up to make certain I was completely satisfied. I am extremely satisfied that when I called Anthony about getting my car serviced he told me to bring it to the dealership the same day. Hyundai Northwest has improved the service department. Very happy with my first dealer service, as I needed an oil change earlier than expected and didn’t have an appointment. My service advisor, Bronston, got me right in. This is the new Hyundai service experience, very Lexus/BMW like. You drive into the spotless interior bay and they treat you like an honored guest. The seat was completely covered in plastic and paper mats in the floorboard. The waiting area is super nice, modern, WIFI. The best part, the price was the same as I typically pay at Jiffy Lube. The one downside, my seat setting was changed (minor) and for some reason, my Bluetooth profile for my phone was erased?? Other than that, very good experience.

I had great service at Northwest Hyundai. Customer Service rep Anthony Douglas does a great job and the waiting area has a ping pong table, high stools with tables, round tables with cushioned chairs for your laptop to work or comfy couches and seating areas. They also provide water, coffee and popcorn. I had an oil change, tire rotation and a broken part on my car repaired. Total wait time was only 80 minutes. Highly recommend!
