I can’t thank the team enough for getting me in so quickly on this warm day!! We had a trailer full of show llamas heading to our national Show in Iowa!! Had a tire issue that couldn’t be patched but they got us in and out so quickly! Thank you NW Tire Team !! Hopefully we didn’t disturb productivity too much with llama selfies!! One of the worst experiences I’ve had in business, along with one of the rudest managers I’ve ever seen. I purchased two Toyo tires for $1,600, but after only three months, one of them started leaking air from the side due to the tire’s aging ( old tire ) There were small cracks along with the air leak. When I emailed and called the manager, he responded with extreme disrespect and rudeness and refused to be accountable for their job . All emails are available. Also, the tire did not hit anything from the side and had no external damage. Do not try their tire

NW TIRE did a great job getting me set up with tires on my box truck ! Fast and great to work with . Price was also very reasonable .

Josh did a great job taking care of me with new tires and service. The staff there is quick and thorough.

Said they would call me but didn't. Don't know if I can go to work in the morning now because they didn't call. It says they're not very busy right now. But of Course, they've been closed for an hour.
