I tried last year to bring in my truck like 3 times. They say call back in a few days we will get you in. Never happened. Since they are a classic truck mechanics I wanted to give them another chance this year and see if anything has changed. Nope. Spoke to to owner and he said to call in a few days. Again I should of known about the customer service. I called back and no answer on phone line. I tried later that day and no answer. Not even a answering service. Called next day. Again nothing. They have too much business to care about any new customers. This is that type of business.

I was recommended this shop by multiple local people I trust, and boy I wish I would've asked sooner. I drive an '86 truck and Earl and the guys helped me out before I had even decided to bring the truck in. They were fast, did great work, very reasonable on cost, and the communication was great! I'm happy to have found a mechanic around here I can trust.

If your in no hurry at all then this is your place. Took a jeep to them, told them what was wrong (former Jeep mechanic) and even had the parts in the Jeep ready to go. Dropped it off for them to fix, called to get an update five days in, and then dropped by after a week and a half as I work near by. The owner "spaz" went into epic melt down mode acting like a two year old and was offended that I was following up trying to get a date on when they'd have it ready. I ended up leaving with the Jeep needless to say and fixed myself that Sunday. Not a place I'd use again and a friend (who knows the guy) recommended them, which he'll never live down but did say "they move like cold molasses on a winters day". If your a buddy of his then he'll slide you in front of his other customers. Who knows

These guys are great. They have kept my two cars (2008 Jeep and 2012 Kia) running with over 200k miles on both of them. I find their prices very reasonable.

This has to be the most expensive shop I've ever used. I realize that mechanics always try to get over on people but this has to be the worst. Earl is a liar and extremely rude and the only reason I used him was cuz my mom ( previous owner) said he already knew the Xterra. My brother went to school with him and he is in the neighborhood, but I wouldn't recommend anybody using Northwest truck and Auto on pinemont. I have a 2003 Xterra that we ( my mom and I) have put 3 starters on that SUV and now, it's out again, and of course it's not under warranty,, only cuz I misplaced the receipt. Earl told me that the valve cover gaskets were leaking onto the starter and it was shorting it out. He said he replaced them and when I called him then he tells me that I told him not to replace them because
