I needed a leveling jack on my RV replaced. I found the staff to be courteous, professional, and well informed. They took the time to educate me about use, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The waiting area was very pleasant, and everything went smoothly with no surprises. I was very pleased and recommend them.

I have known the owner of this company for many years and he is an honest business man that will do great work on your vehicle(s) for a fair price. He always has explained what he sees to be the problem and the solution for the fix and what he estimates the time and cost will be for the repair(s). The best part of this repair shop is he only hires mechanics that are able to do a great job on every vehicle that comes into his shop.

We are here for our granddaughter's wedding with a coolant leak in our motorhome diesel engine. Jeremiah kindly offered to work us in with a single day's notice. We have never been treated with such kindness and hospitality. He found our leak in about 45 minutes. Thank you so much Northwest Truck.

I have visited this shop twice in the past several weeks with outstanding service both times. I have an older motorhome on a E-450 chassis that many Ford dealerships will not work on. Jeremiah was my contact for both services and he is knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of my 20 year old E-450 chassis and he makes recommendations based on his experience with this motorhome chassis.
