I would highly recommend NW Van for any work that you need to your van. I struggled to find a reputable shop that worked on Promaster Vans (I have a 2024 Tellaro) and I was recommended to check out NWVANS and I am so glad I did. Sebastian was SO Flexible in working around my difficult schedule and worked with me on drop off and PU . I knew that I wanted a lift and improved suspension and Sebastian knew exactly what was needed. He also made some other great recommendations to correct my van knowing I have some very large trips coming up in the next couple of years. Our Winnebago Travato 2020K needed a hitch reinforcement to support E bikes. NW Vans owner Sebastian did the work professionally & on schedule. Sebastian is an expert in his field & a delight to work with. He is honest & thorough. He works on many types of vans & I know several people with Travato’s who have had work done by NW Vans & are 100% pleased by his work. I purchased a 2017 Hymer Axion Carado from Sebastian this year and am so glad I did! The van is just what I needed, and Sebastian was great to work with, helping me to learn all the systems. He mounted a Starlink Mini on the roof and hard wired it into the system for me, as well. Sebastian is professional, responsive, and a joy to work with.

I bought by 2022 Travato last year from Sebastian. It's taken me a long while to write the review, but rest assured I am very happy with my purchase and with Sebastian at Northwest Van. This was my most expensive purchase outside of buying a home. The van was exactly as advertised and the price was fair. The van had all the modifications I wanted. I flew up from SF Bay Area, Sebastian spent probably 3yrs or more with me going through the van and answering all my RV and mechanical questions. He is extremely knowledgable and personable, and did not rush me whatsoever. Since my purchase I have called/texted him a few times with various questions, he always gets back to me promptly. He of course does not have to do that as the van was a used "as-is" purchase. This is just a testament
