In early 2023, Northwest Auto Sales & Service Inc. reached out to me for transportation services because they were unhappy with their prior arrangement. I was able to provide reliable service while also saving them both time and money. For many months, our business relationship was mutually beneficial, and invoices were consistently paid. Unfortunately, after my cancer diagnosis and treatment, I was unable to maintain the same standard of service, and they chose to move in another direction. I completely understood and respected that decision. What I cannot understand is why, despite multiple reminders and invoices sent to the same email address they had always used, there is still an outstanding balance of $4,500 for units delivered in 5-16-2023. While I appreciate the partial payments

I’ve been buying from Jennifer Payne for almost 20 years . She’s brutally honest and doesn’t do business with people who don’t pay. She’s also very compassionate. I bought a Cadillac from her in 2019 and it still runs like a dream . I purchased the prior 6 cars I bought from her as well. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else as long as her or her family own it.

Iv purchased two vehicles from Norwest and absolutely loved them . Jacob and the whole team have put in there dedication and went out of there way to make every customer happy, I’m greatly appreciative for the team and giving me not one but two reliable cars ! First off this dealership is without a doubt THE dealership to go to. I went here in pretty desperate situation after my only car threw a rod and not so good credit and not quit 2000 for a down payment, everywhere I had gone to that day either said they couldn’t help me or tried to sale me a car that probably shouldn’t even be on the road. Staff was honest open and honestly showed me the BEST customer service I have ever seen in all of my 36 yrs, they stayed after closing to seal the deal and I was able to drive off the lot in a great car I’m so very thankful for all the staff at norwest auto and everything they did to help me. I will be getting all my cars from them from hear on out 👍😁😬
