Really Great experience every time I go to this Norwood location! These guys really go ABOVE & BEYOND every time!! If they don't have the part you need they locate one for you.I recently had an issue with a Deka battery, which is very unusual. I brought it in and Brian was kind enough to keep the battery overnight to put a Full Charge on it with his battery charger. He then hooked it up to the computer and the computer said PASS, good battery. As time went on, the battery was losing voltage daily. After dealing with a dead battery multiple times, I went back to Norwood. I told Brian what was happening and he did the right thing. The battery was still under warranty .Although I misplaced my receipt, Brian gave me a brand new battery! Its service like this that will keep me coming back fore

Went in to find a rear wiper blade. They had the product, much cheaper than the “big” auto part store. Couldn’t get the old wiper off, the salesman came out and helped me replace it. Thank you for great customer service. I will definitely shop here for auto parts again.
