I had a mixed experience. The staff was polite and the repair was completed, but the overall process took longer than expected. The diagnosis took about a week, and the total cost felt high for the issue presented. I did not receive clear diagnostic details or the old part after the repair, which would have helped with transparency. After picking up the car, I noticed damage to the battery cover, my owner’s manual was returned dirty and bent, and my vehicle registration was missing. This shop may be a good option for some, but I believe communication, turnaround time, and care with customer property could be improved.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They charged me for services that were never done! I had my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced by Stephen at Norwood Car Care a few years ago. This car is not driven much so I have about 3K miles since the service. I recently started experiencing rumbling when I step on the brakes so I took it to a different shop and they said the rear brakes were never replaced. The front ones were still brand new but the rear ones were old and rusted. I am not going to bother trying to get my money back at this point but wanted to share my experience so no one else gets scammed.

Rich & his team always pleasant and helpful. Not sure the affiliations or legal structure here as he seems to use another nearby shop for other things (alignments, diagnostics, etc )...to me no issues as job always gets done and pricing is fair. Only issue is he is busy with municipal work too (surrounding town police/fire, etc) so you can rarely get in right away...has to be scheduled... but that is good for him as he is staying busy AND staying in business! Highly recommend Rich/team. Currently using his shop for repairs AND I have used his shop for 4 vehicles now...never had issues we could not work out together! thx!

We have taken our Saab to Rich for over 20 years. Norwood Car Care is the best place to take your vehicle for honest and trustworthy work! I strongly suggest taking your car here for all repairs and service.

Such a wonderful local garage. Had an issue with my car, took me first thing next morning and fixed the issue in a few hours at a ridiculously reasonable price. I thought the mechanic was kidding when he said $20! Had I taken it to the dealership would have cost me a couple hundred. Highly recommend 👍🏻
