Nott Street Auto Service

Monday I unfortunately hit a curb with my front passenger tire - it was instantly flat. Fortunately, I was only 2 blocks from Nott Street Auto Service and was able to get my car there. Hank was in the garage and changed out the flat tire with the spare. He ordered the replacement, which came in on Wednesday. I went back and he quickly switched out the spare with the new tire, filled the other tires and I was on my way. I've only heard good things about Nott Street Auto; everything I'd heard was true - very nice, professional, fast, honest, reasonably priced and clean! Can't thank Hank enough for turning what could have been a horrible time-consuming ordeal, into a simple fix. Thank you!

This review is for the outstanding service that I have received from the mechanic at Nott St Auto Service, they're honest fast,and professional I took both of my cars for inspection today and yesterday when I arrived at the facility, they were polite and the place was super clean. I am thoroughly impressed with Nott Street auto repair. I've taken my vehicle there a few times. The most recent visit was for my vehicle miss fire. I had to take it back on Friday due to the problem continuing. The shop was unexpectedly closed that day, so I was going to have to wait until Monday. Oh well, I thought. They surprised me by coming in before a long weekend vacation, just to repair my vehicle. I was very impressed by their work ethic. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.

I've been going to Nott Street Auto since 2017 and Henry is far and away the best mechanic I've ever encountered. He's honest, prompt, clear, expert, and reasonably prices everything. The only challenge is that because of this, he's often booked well in advance and so you need to call a few days early to see if he has availability. Also be aware that Henry does maintenance, not cosmetic repairs (I learned this after a minor collision).

These guys are great - reasonably priced, friendly, and knowledgeable. As a woman, it's one place I can go to and not feel taken advantage of. I've been taking my cars there for over 5 years. The staff in the store are also friendly and helpful. I fully recommend this business.
