They go above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met and that families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in great hands. A special thank you to the director, Ginger. She is absolutely phenomenal — attentive, caring, and deeply committed to the well-being of every resident. Her leadership, communication, and heart for what she does truly set this community apart.

From the moment we arrived, Ginger made our experience at Nouveau Marc truly exceptional. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly positive, which immediately put us at ease. Throughout the tour, residents happily waved and greeted her, making it clear how well-loved and respected she is within the community. Ginger made it a reassuring and heartfelt experience.

I had a fantastic time with Ginger. She made the tour exciting. My favorite is the balcony and courtyard- I was proud to see how everyone truly takes care of one another. I know my mom will be happy here! This is a great start to the new year.

I have been performing live misic, entertaining the residents once a month, at the Nouveau Marc since 2024. The staff is awesome and the facility is first class since a recent upgrade.
