Nova Tire Center

I had the most disgusting, condescending experience at this shop. Absolute bait and switch. I would implore anyone to STAY AWAY from these scammers! I came to the shop to see if they could plug/patch my tire or if I needed a full replacement. Their prices are the same as Mercedes Benz who currently has the tire I needed in stock. Nova Tire Center did not even have the tire I needed. I was also quoted a lower price at another tire shop, so I explained to them I would not be having the tire replaced here, and they CONVINCED me to let them patch it at that time. They then called me over to tell me the tire was not repairable and I would need to replace it even though they didn’t have the tire in stock. This means I’m without my car for several days while paying them a premium. I explained

I would not recommend this tire center to anyone. The customer service was rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I waited over an hour past my appointment time with no updates, and when I asked about the delay, the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. On top of that, the work was sloppy. They overcharged me compared to the original estimate, and when I left, one of my tires wasn’t even properly balanced I had to go somewhere else the next day to get it fixed. To make matters worse, the lobby was dirty, and no one seemed to care about keeping the place professional or welcoming. Save yourself the headache and go to a shop that actually values its customers and does the job right the first time.

Honestly very good and simple. Went on a Sunday unannounced and two gents were quick, polite and professional to change one tire for me. Whole thing didn’t take longer than 20mins., no fuss. They just offered a choice of used or new tire (then didn’t have the used option I wanted for this one) but otherwise they didn’t try to upsell me or comment on the rest of my car which I loved. Only thing is, at $165 total for one tire replacement (granted, a new one but still) you can get better prices out there. I also didn’t understand the $4.50 “surcharge” they randomly added just before I paid, but after I had already signed the receipt for $160. But I didn’t make a fuss. Overall would recommend for the ease, efficiency and professionalism. Now let’s see how the tire holds up.

Excellent for Tire Repairs I kept losing air in my tire and wasn't sure why. I called the owner and he was very nice over the phone. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and he gave me an accurate wait time. There is a place to sit outside if you want to wait. It was cold so I opted to just sit into my car. The owner took a look at the tire and spotted the large nail in it. Removing my tire and fixing it, did't take more then 20min and I waited about 20mins to get helped so it was all done in an hour. You enter the shop from the alleys on either side of the block. There is an auto shop with the same name next door. This is a separate business and they are not connected.

Professional, honest, and efficient service. The team was knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. Very satisfied with the quality and pricing. Strongly recommend this shop.
