From the very first conversation I had with Franco, he was incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs and concerns — which was especially important since I live in New York. When we finally met in person, our personalities immediately clicked. We spent some time chatting about our backgrounds and families before taking the Jeep I was interested in for a test drive. After driving the first Jeep and feeling unsure, Franco didn’t rush me or push for a decision. Instead, he showed me other available options. The team at Novak are fantastic! I was a very slow buyer - waiting for the exact features I needed on a Jeep. Joel was great to work with - he would contact me when something close came in. No games or pressure tactics here - Vehicles are in great condition with competitive prices and the included lifetime powertrain warranty gives me peace of mind for the long term. I also appreciate how the vehicles coming off lease tend to have 1 owner and all of the service history is known. Great company! Highly recommend

I had to think about this review. If there were half stars I would give them a 4.5 in ratings. There staff that I encountered deserve a 5. Everyone was pleasant and willing to make you comfortable. Other than the small inconvenience I had with the fog and parking lights. This was rectified while I waited. Also they were already looking into a loaner in the event the issue would have taken a fair amount of time. Even considered my height for the loaner vehicle. So let me end by saying it was a pleasurable experience and would recommend Novak Motors to family and friends in the future. Thank You Joel and the whole Novak Motors team.

When i stopped to look at a vehicle that caught my eye from the road. I was looking for a new vehicle for my daughter. I was greeted by Joel. He was polite and very helpful. I did purchase the vehicle and so far extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Novak motors.
