NOVUS Glass of Concord

Took my Mercedes in for a driver-side window repair after a break in and Novus did an amazing job. All of the shattered glass was cleaned and the new window came out perfect. The price was spot on with the quote I had received and it was a very good price compared to other shops around the area! I highly recommend coming here for any window repairs, I will definitely be coming to Novus for any future repairs!

Gary was amazing! He produced a quote quickly via email and spoke honestly about the process when I called to discuss the quote. I contacted my insurance company and was able use Novus as a preferred installer. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call to pick up my vehicle less than 24 hours from my drop off time. I had a small ding on my windshield caused by a truck throwing debris on the freeway. It was getting larger. I had called my insurance company and they gave me a list of recommendations for places that I could get the chip treated on my windshield using my deductible. Novus Glass was the third one on the list, and it was right down the street from me, so I decided to go with them. I think I remembered going to them once before when I was a teenager with my first car (for a similar reason.) I believe it was called something else back then at the time, but I remember they were awesome back then as well. They are a great little hidden gem right next to the GMC dealership. Service was great! Leaky back window in my truck. Showed up near the end of there workday and they put 2 guys on my truck and sent me on my way by 5pm . I offered to wash their capes and shared that they were my hero's of the day with upcoming rain. Would definitely go back if needed and would recommend to friends and family. Thanks Guys!
