NOVUS Glass of Eagle

We had a rock hit our windshield driving 65mph on I-70. The rock nearly went through the glass, small pieces fracturing off as I continued to drive. Novus ordered a replacement that day and took me first thing in the next morning. The replacement window they received was damaged, so they drove +2 hours away to Grand Junction to pick up a replacement and get the job done in one day. They did it, I’m extremely grateful for their teams help to make it happen- thank you!!

Novus is always the best. Amazing customer service, prompt communication and work. Some places say to drop off your car in the morning and it might take them 6-7 hours to get to it. Not Novus! They schedule you, keep to their schedule and timeline, and have you on your way. They easily work directly with our insurance as well.

Great service all around. Got a chip in my windshield in the morning. I happened to be in Eagle so I stopped by their office. It was too late in the day to fix it right away but they scheduled someone to come out to my condo and fill it the next day. Went thru my insurance and selected them to do the repair, so no cost to me. I got a couple of notifications about the appointment and that Joe was on his way. Joe was right on time, super friendly and fixed it without issue. I’ve used Novus before and it’s always been so easy and convenient, I always ask for them now. My insurance pushes Safelite and they we’re fine, but scheduling wasn’t as easy, and I prefer to support companies in the Valley. Novus was excellent all around. Highly recommended.

More than happy with their service. Fast response, easy to get a mobile appointment. Fair, upfront pricing with no surprises. The mobile tech, Will, was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, left a clean work space, etc.. We've used Novus at least a half dozen times and will continue to do so. The chip is barely visible with the naked eye.

So easy to set up an appointment; then easy to drop off and pickup when they text you. And ALWAYS a good job, unlike the last people we used. Could not recommend any higher.
