Noyes Volkswagen Parts Department

Noyes is a rip off i had an audi s4 and the way I finally figured out what was going on they were supposed to replace a head light assembly, they had the car for about 6 weeks then told me it was done when I showed up u could c from the road they didn't change it but said I owed 17 or 18 hundred then I reemed andrew a new one told them they had until the next day to finish and suddenly after 2 years of going there that night my car was broken into and they stole a several thousand $ head unit and completely destroyed the dash. Andrew is a self proclaimed con artist if u r there often about 6 weeks to 8 weeks between visits to the garage u getting screwed don't go there don't buy there ask around I did that's when it all came together I would have given 0 stars but u have to give 1 Also the

A good collection of dirtbags working together to get your money. The service department is beyond incompetent. I'm thankful that VW north america did the right thing a bought the car back from me after Noyes lied repeatedly
