NTB-National Tire & Battery

Incredible staff and service - highly recommend!! My car began vibrating/shaking Monday. I called NTB Tuesday morning, got an appointment for that afternoon & they had my wheel balanced before 3 pm. Quick repair & cheap cost!

I purchased tires less than a year ago from this company. These were Pirelli Scorpion Verde on a new suv of less than 9k miles. That were sold to myself as a high grade tire. Now fast forward a year and only 19k on the tires they are over 75% worn. Now they are refusing to prorate the discount more than 25% and requiring an alignment for this discount as well. This is absolutely terrible customer service. Buyers beware. They are enforcing a policy that is not acceptable and not disclosed to the customer at the time of purchase. Stay away from this company and all branches.

Great quick and friendly service! I thought my battery may need to be replaced. They checked it for free and were honest in telling me that it was still operating fine. Shout out to A.B. for his kind assistance! Will definitely go back when I need car service.

I’ll never go back to the McMurray NTB. I made an appointment for a tire rotation and sensor check, and after waiting over an hour and a half with my four-year-old, they said they couldn’t even rotate my tires since it was against corporate policy because I wouldn’t purchase lug nuts but still tried to charge me $129 for a “dead” sensor I didn’t authorize yet they replaced anyways. They also tried to sell me additional sensors I didn’t need. When I went to the Green Tree NTB a few days later, they were wonderful and had zero issues with my car. The McMurray location made me feel completely taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend the McMurray location to anyone.

A+ That Italian guy , Mario or Guido was his name I think was possibly the most helpful person Ive come across in a while when dealing with Tires. So many brands out there these days, Hard to tell which ones to trust. A+
