I had a great experience working with Musa from NTP. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. Musa truly goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. His communication, reliability, and positive attitude made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for someone dependable and professional. I give 0 stars. I recently had an abysmal experience at NTB and I feel compelled to share it. My vehicle was left in their care for two full days for a scheduled tire replacement. To my disbelief, it wasn't until the third day that they informed me they had ordered the incorrect tires. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable. After wasting two of my days, I was forced to drive my vehicle on a flat tire to another auto shop to get the work done. This was not only incredibly inconvenient but also dangerously unsafe. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and the utter disregard for my time and safety. I would strongly advise anyone considering NTB for their auto needs to look elsewhere. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an auto service provider.
