These guys were fantastic! The Friday afternoon after Christmas our car had some problems, not only did they take us right away, they were able to fix the problem (rats ate a lot of our wiring) and have us back on the road Sunday afternoon - we were visiting & needed to get back home to NY on Monday morning. Such great service! They communicated what the problem was, how they would be able to fix it and how much. I would highly recommend them, for professionalism & friendliness!

I worked with Charles. He was great! After having issues buying 4 tires from Walmart, looking for size 19s. I was frustrated and started calling around. I am only 23 so this was new to me. Last week, I spoke with someone from the Home office and they gave me discounts on my tires. I got scheduled right away and was able to get the tires on the car same day. I also got $20 off my alignment today and while waiting for that the vending machine was filled with good snacks and they were resonably priced. Aside from the monetary, the guys there(Charles, Rich, and James) are just really personable and welcoming. Charles made me feel like a person not just a customer or a number. I had a great experience at the NTB on Dock Landing Road! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything. I came in for an oil change, and they showed me that two of my tires were cracking open from age and were able to get me done in a timely manner. Thanks.

I'm going with five stars because they stole me inexpensive tires that seem just as good as my expensive ones and they did an alignment without coming back to me with a parts list and the guy was enthusiastic about the sort of car I drive so they didn't try to steal from me and they did what they said they would do for a good price. Therefore five stars
