NTB-National Tire & Battery

My son had a blowout on the interstate earlier today. We found NTB not too far from him luckily and the tow truck driver brought him here. Matthew and the crew took fantastic care of him and got him back on the road in no time. Phenomenal service and we’re thrilled that this is where he wound up. To Matthew and the guys, thank you so much! 5 star+ service.

---DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE-- Absolutely terrible customer service, I went in about 40 minutes ago and tried to get my wheels balanced, I got refused service and they tried to tell me my wheel was multi piece and it's against policy, my wheels are oem 1 piece.. I googled it to prove it but the Manger ran off to the back and had is employee come outside and tell me they couldn't do it. I explained to the employee that I worked there for 3 years I know those machines would balance it without issue. And he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry man, try somewhere else... ntb has ran into the ground lol I would give less then 1 star if that was a option.

Mavis (NTB) company helped me in a pinch. Quickly, professionally, and gave good conversation while they did it. Not to mention, they weren't overpriced at all. I highly suggest coming here if you're in a quick pinch, or for any other tire needs.

This store is very personable and knowledgeable. They treated me like they knew me personally from calling first and speaking with Chelsea and setting an appointment. Then when I arrived I was greeted quickly by Jason who ran me through the entire process. Great leadership. Next Dylan worked on my concern and took care of it efficiently and quicker then I expected. Overall 5 star review. Recommend this location if you have any service issues with your vehicle.

Horrible service and will scam you! My partner went in for a tire alignment and they said he needed new brakes, the lady showed a paper to him and pointed to the price of 200 at the bottom of the paper and he agreed. Later the lady said the total was 1100! She said sorry for being UNCLEAR after both were arguing when she showed the back of the page had more charges. She knows he only saw the front and agreed only to seeing 200, she never mentioned the back or the additional costs. They mislead him but not only that, the cars dash board looks like a Christmas tree now. Traction control isn’t on anymore, steering light, tire pressure, emergency break and break system lights are all ON. His breaks shake when trying to stop and his steering wheel doesn’t automatically go back to original posit
