Wonderful experience at the Dale City NTB on Dale Blvd. Marvin sold and special ordered me some NITTO Grapplers for my F150 and had them on in record time!!! I am one happy customer and they were definitely the best price in town. They beat discount tire tires by 10% and I appreciate that!!!
I dropped my SUV off last night at NTB. Miguel took such good care of me. Very patient, courageous and very understanding. When my vehicle was finished. Chris and Miguel worked with me with my payment and was so understanding, patient. This was such a huge blessing to me. This 2 gentleman went over and beyond customer service. Top tier shop, great price, great prices, knowledgeable staff, nice seating areas. Came to replace my battery and get engine diagnostic. Specialy shoutout to Duad, he explains everything throughly. Understood my needs, also got the best deal and understood pricing. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants outstanding service and great prices
