Wow, from the moment I walked in I felt better. I was late to work, had a flat, and got the most throrough and warm customer service. Excellent communicate, love the waiting room as they had a desk for working, and excellent pricing. Gary is the BEST!!!! This is the place to go to get great service without breaking the bank !!!

If you’re in need of any tire repair or auto service, you are truly in good hands at this NTB location. As a lady, walking into an auto shop can sometimes come with hesitation — you wonder if you’ll be taken care of or taken advantage of. I can honestly say I felt complete peace and confidence from the moment I arrived here. I know that being aligned with this location is an answered prayer. Jake, in particular, is exceptional. He was kind, patient, reassuring, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to assess everything thoroughly and explain things clearly, without any pressure or condescension. Even while waiting and before fully knowing the issue and resolution, I feel confident that I am in good hands — which says everything about the level of care and trust this team provides.

Gary at NTB on Inwood Road completely exceeded my expectations! I came in with a screw in my tire, and they got me back on the road faster than any of the competitors nearby. First they had a short wait time when other tire shops were having 4-5 hours wait time to just get a simple tire fixed that was low/flat. They said it would take an hour and 10 mins and got it done sooner and even took very good care of me. Great service and quick turnaround

The website appt. sign up was a breeze. Jonas and Jake were very good at explaining 4 wheel drive, sensors, semi synthetic oil, and alignment. I have been a NTB customer for years, but I liked the professionalism and patience they had. Their knowledge allowed me to make educated decisions. This ability is a gift for customers! I will come back because of it.
