Went here as a last resort for a tire and alignment cause everyone was busy or charging an arm and a leg. Honestly they should've been my first and only choice ! Was quick to help me and access the issue. Price was amazing and I was in and out in less than a hour or two. Absolutely recommend and will be going again for any other issues I may have.

Got a puncture coming home from family vacation on a Sunday. Not only were they the only shop open in the area. They were really nice and immediately got me in for repair, and they didn't try to sell me a new tire or a new set of tires. Highly recommend for your tire repair needs.

I had a tire light to come on And. I came into national tire and battery and they made my day peaceful at ease, the men took a lot of stress off of me, especially being a woman. I Genuinely appreciate NTB in Decatur, Al . Job well done

Fast service and incredibly nice staff! Made tire repair as painless as possible! Will definitely be coming back here for my next set of tires or any future issue! Edit: came back two days after first tire issue after entirely different tire had a problem. The people who work here are so kind and made sure to check all of my tires, not just the one with the issue to make sure I was back on the road safely. I won't be going anywhere else in Decatur for tire service again after the level of service I've received at this NTB!
