I had a nail in my tire and the front desk leader promise me that I would be service within an hour. It’s least than a hour. I love that Redd is professional and customer centered. I highly recommend NTB in Hampton. 5 stars for the technicians as well.

Got charged 40 dollars on a “free” brake inspection to get told my brake pads were installed incorrectly then tried to charge me 250 just to correct the brake pads. Clearly could not pinpoint the direct problem of my brake noise because my brakes were making that sound before I replaced them.
