I came in for basic car maintenance and was not disappointed! An individual by the name Alex was very helpful and professional in not only greeting me promptly when arriving at the store, but made sure all of my needs were met in a timely manner. Now my car is not only running smoothly but he also fixed my windshield wiper that had been giving me issues on my car for months. Will absolutely be recommending this location to family and friends. Keep up the good work!

I had a great experience at this shop, especially with Kernell. He was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into things I didn’t need. Instead, he took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained everything clearly so I could understand the safety concerns. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision on the repairs I decided to get done. It’s rare to find someone honest and genuine, but I felt really at ease. I’m grateful for his professionalism and the care he showed. Highly recommend this shop and definitely recommend Kernell!

Truly one of the best experiences i’ve had. The store manager, Alexander, explained thoroughly what was going on with my truck and exactly what needed to be done, at a fair rate. It didn’t take days to get my brakes done, only hours! I will definitely be recommending anyone who has car trouble in the area to go to NTB on Manhattan blvd!

Came for a wheel alignment and before they started the alignment they checked my front suspension and showed me the issues that would impede a proper alignment. Upon repairing the issues I came back and they showed me where I needed to tighten down a wheel hub. I got my alignment done in a timely manner. Their honesty and knowledgeable service and advise was top of the line and if I need any other services with my vehicle I trust my vehicle with the crew here.

*** UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT *** Y’all should get a banner! Cannot compliment the new manager Alex enough. He met me in the parking lot and was SO much more helpful than any of the other tire place I’ve been to. Finally in 2026 I found a place I can get my car serviced at with integrity nonetheless!! So thankful.
