NTB-National Tire & Battery

I recently had a small communication problem here. After voicing troubles I had on the review page i was surprised and happy to know the owner himself replied back. He ended up talking with me, calling me and coming up with a solution that is more than Anybody could ask for! So I went in for an alignment and to get my last tire put on. To my surprise, the actual owner who.By the way, is on vacation right now.Actually came in and spoke with me and even install the last tire himself.!!! Like where do they do that at? I will tell you my friends at NTB in Hutto ,Texas!! That's where! I look forward to coming here very soon. I mean the pictures prove it.

I've been here several times and always get great service and results. Mostly for tires repairs, balance etc. These guys are ALWAYS fast and take care of my needs. The assistant manager Mr Gerry is always helpful with any questions I have, never get over charged. They will continue to have my business and support.

I had a flat tire on my boat trailer and was literally stranded because I had no way to fix it and get back on the road. I pulled into the Firestone in Hutto and they turned me down and said they couldn’t help me. Then I went to NTB in Hutto across the street and they dropped what they were doing and helped me get me back on the road again. I will forever use NTB in the future, and will convince all my friends and family to do the same. Mike M (the Hutto Service Mgr) at NTB Deserves a huge shout of praise for helping out this stranded traveler in Texas!

Gerry was amazing! 10 star service was every through and helpful! At 7 months pregnant they made my process super easy. The whole crew was super nice! They really deserve raises

Dallas is Awesome! always takes care of us when we come in!!! Honest and very professional, recommended a new battery for us which we did buy from him! Would recommend this location to everyone!
