Had a really great experience with this location. I had to have 3 tires replaced. They had great customer service, were very professional, and worked swiftly. I’d definitely use them in the future for any other tire related needs. Also, Jose was fantastic to work with!

These guys go above and beyond and are amazing! I drove 10 hours for a conference and had some front end issue the last few miles in. These folks got me right in and as I waited made me comfortable with walkable lunch recommendations. Friendly and explained all I needed regarding the car. Found the parts needed and this was all during the "blizzard" and a lot of places were closed. They fixed me up and when I left I hit a pothole on the main road so hard it bent my rim. Went back and they were able get me in again, pound out my rim and sent me on my way and stayed open past closing time to finish me and other people who were waiting instead of leaving to finish the next day. Highly recommend! Wish these guys were closer to where I live!

I took my vehicle in today to have the tires rotated. Mr. Rod Payne was the representative who waited on me. He was very professional throughout our interaction. Unfortunately, they were unable to perform the service I requested due to difficulty removing a tire. Mr. Payne called to inform me of the situation. I am very appreciative that they did not damage my car and suggested I take it to the dealer for the service. I will visit this location again if I need service for my car. Thank you.

The staff was very professional and friendly, and the pricing felt fair and transparent. We really appreciated the consistent communication regarding our vehicle throughout the process. Their service hours were also extremely convenient, especially since we needed service on a Sunday.

The only reason I chose this place was based on the reviews regarding customer service and pricing. The pricing was amazing because I had to purchase four tires. I made an appointment for 12 noon and based on the area I really had nowhere else to go because I was told it would just be a couple of hours. So I took a walk, the weather was kind of cold, but I said I would kill some time for a couple of hours. Well lo and behold when I get back around 2:30 and waiting car was not ready. To make a long story short I did not end up leaving or getting my car until almost 6 PM. I was told by the representative that they booked appointments every half hour trying to get several people in.
