The store was clean. The restroom was clean and stocked. All of my questions were answered. There was total transparency with the service I requested. I appreciate the detail in all the recommendations. I learned things about my vehicle that require my attention I didnt know. The salesmen did their best to accommodate my finances and work with me. Everyone was polite and I wouldn't mind recommending potential customers to this site.

I needed to have the check tires light in my car looked at because it came on. Jonathan was so extremely helpful in helping me understand what was triggering the light Plus hr gave me good recommendations about what I need to do to take care of everything else that was wrong with the car. Also, the customer service was phenomenal.I was in and out in almost no time. I will definitely go back again.

After going to a few spots to get my tire looked at, I finally landed at NTB’s Lanham location and was able to be serviced in a speedy and efficient manner. Candy and her team were very kind, helpful, and efficient with finding that I did not have a tire issue, but rather a crack in my rim. They also were informative about where to inquire to have it repaired. I’m so grateful to the entire NTB team and my rim is also now repaired.
