NTB-National Tire & Battery

Bryan and Charlotte were lifesavers for me yesterday. I was driving from Shreveport to Dallas with 3 dogs in the car on a Sunday afternoon. Outside of Longview, I unexpectedly hit a big tire on the highway and tore the undercarriage of car creating a horrific noise while i drove, risking serious damage. Being a Sunday, everything was closed. Someone recommended I call NTB- Mavis on Eastman. When I called, they were the very few that actually answered the phone! They were a godsend during at a very scary side-of-the-highway emergency. Bryan had it fixed in about 5 minutes, while Charlotte made a fuss over my dogs. I am so thankful and appreciative of the generosity and kindness they showed in my hour of need. If I could give them 10 stars, i would!!

My family and I were in town for the weekend when I accidentally rode up on a curb, and we became concerned about potential damage to the skid plate, tires, or other parts of the car. With a long drive home ahead of us, we were worried. Thankfully, the team at NTB quickly assessed the situation, performed a fast repair, and had us back on the road in no time. I was genuinely surprised at how efficient and friendly they were throughout the whole process. Great service and a real lifesaver! Thanks NTB!

Charlotte was absolutely amazing!! She greeted me with a big smile and a true welcome to the store! She jumped on my issue immediately, fixed it and had me out the door in record time!!!

NTB has been nothing less that great for my business needs. Anytime the employees see the Lone Star Golf Cars truck pull in, the service has been greater than 5 Star service. They will forever have LSGC backing them with support.

I was very satisfied with the work they did . Mrs Charlotte was very helpful and nice . the mechanics were able to show me a couple of small issues I need to take care of.. even checked all my fluids and topped me off .. everyone had a great attitude and was very helpful. I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family
