Customer Reviews
Quick service even on a weekend. Would come back again. Some good dudes over here. Services completed: Oil Change, removed nail in tire (ended up not actually perforating) , TPS sensor reset.
I had a great experience at NTB on Terminal Rd getting my alignment done, and I want to specifically recognize Booker. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what my vehicle needed. The service was quick, honest, and done right the first time. My car drives perfectly straight now, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find—Booker really made the difference. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.
I had to replace my 2 front tires on thursday last week. Over the weekend one of the tires went flat . I came back to see what the problem was and they showed me the nail and replaced it completely free of charge! 10/10 customer service and will definitely be coming back next time!
Caught a flat, called NTB and they were so helpful. Was able to come in right away and it didn't take long at all. Employees were so kind and answered every question I had and best of all, was so affordable. Will definitely be my go-to spot.
I needed a battery and within 15 minutes I was out the door and on my way. The online appointment system allowed faster service. Job well done!!!
