The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options without any pressure. They helped me choose the right tire for my needs and had everything installed quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find service that’s both professional and genuinely kind, but this team nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

Excellent customer service. Gene is knowledgeable and honest. No attempt to pressure you by trying to upsale additional unneeded services. And, he gives you the bottom line after a careful assessment of your vehicle re: to your concern.

I recently visited [Company Name] for a tire repair on my Cybertruck, and unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. I had a flat tire and ended up waiting for about two hours. Initially, they mentioned they couldn’t fix it properly, and I had to wait outside for an extended period. Even after the wait, the repair was incomplete, and the tire started leaking again shortly after. It seems the staff were not fully equipped or experienced with Cybertruck repairs, which made the whole process disappointing. I don’t recommend this service.
