I came in for two tires and a front end alignment. The team found that a previous mechanic did not have my ball joints installed properly they were able to fix the issue so that I don’t die going down the road. Kinda crazy. Anyhow I’m just glad my car is safe now.

Shout out to O'Brien and Johnathan who provided really really excellent customer service when I needed help to get my car inspected last week. I was able to get my car looked at, a great recommendation for tires on my EV and to my DMV appointment on time. They didn't have to be as awesome as they were but they really went above and beyond. I wish I got the inspector's name too - he was also great and informative.

I've been coming here for years and I truly love these guys. Super honest and upfront, never suggest work you don't need, and I've even had them tell me that what I came in to have done wasn't necessary. The only mechanics I've ever had save me money! My vehicle is almost old enough to graduate high school, and these guys take great care of her. Once I had a tire go flat a few days after they installed it and they replaced it totally free of charge, when it probably wasn't their fault at all. And if you need help understanding what's going on, Sebastian is a great teacher!

I brought my vehicle in for a difficult and unique situation, and this shop handled it exceptionally well from start to finish. The team was professional, prompt, and very fair with pricing. No pressure and no unnecessary upselling, just honest and efficient service. They took the time to assess the issue carefully and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Honestly it created more headaches for them to deal with it, then for myself. Special thanks to Sebastian, Steven, and O’Brian for their professionalism and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find a mechanic shop that can handle challenging situations while still delivering great customer service and reasonable pricing, but this team absolutely does. Highly recommend.

Appointments are meaningless. 1:15 after my appointment, my truck was still 45 minutes away from going back in the bay. Kind of defeats the purpose. I'd look elsewhere if having it done on time matters.
