NTB-National Tire & Battery

Went in for a piece of wood lodged in my tire, after sliding on unplowed snow at the entrance to seven springs and bumped a telephone pole. Had the wood out and tire reseated and filled up about 45 minutes after parking. Super efficient guys, and really nice. Didn't charge me for the labor either. Would absolutely recommend them.

I had been to three different garages trying to get a cross threaded lug nut that was stripped horribly and spent hundreds of dollars and they still couldn’t get it off. I was referred to come here and they did such a great job. Between working hard to fix the other garages mistakes/damages and then putting new studs on my Van they were very professional and kept me updated every step of the way. I will definitely be a returning customer and I would recommend coming here if you need anything done they are great at what they do. They work awesome together as a team and great with communication.

We love NTB! They always take such good care of our tire needs and are so convenient and reliable. They also have exceptional service and staff and their prices are extremely reasonable! I appreciate their waiting room with free wifi and a comfortable atmosphere that both myself and my 6 year old son have used on several occasions.

I needed a battery the day after a large snowfall. I bought the battery at another auto parts store, but they were reluctant to install it. I went to NTB and William installed the battery with careful attention to detail and took care of the issue with not problems. Aaron was very kind and helpful and was not put out that I came from another store. He was very happy to take care of the situation with understanding and compassion. Thank you both for a great experience!

Will not be back. Was told that we needed a new tire rod to pass inspection in which the woman called and quoted us $200 something dollars instead of telling us to take it to Honda where it would be covered. I picked our vehicle up and paid $100 just for an oil change because of all the fees and that was with a “$20 coupon”. The vehicle only has 20k on it and clearly has a bumper to bumper warranty so I had it looked at Honda. Two master mechanics looked at it and said there wasn’t anything wrong with my truck. No suspension or steering issues and definitely does not need a tie rod. We have been coming here for all our service but we will not be back.
