NTB-National Tire & Battery

I came here Monday, 11/24/25, to get a nail removed and patched. The first gentleman to help me said he thought he could fix it, but needed to check with his boss. His boss comes out and says “no way” and that I need a new tire because it can’t be fixed. He said he could get the tire this afternoon but he had to order it right now. Something felt off, and I felt like I was getting ripped off as a woman. I took my car to discount tire down the street and they pulled out a tiny screw that hadn’t even punctured my tire. No charge. This place tried to upsell me for absolutely no reason. Do NOT trust them. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Discount Tire down the road.

They are really helpful and sweet. Communication was great as well making sure I was good and that’s my car was checked. Went beyond regular customer service! Definitely a reason why they are the Charlotte pike team cause they all play a role which makes the service better

I replaced the tires on my 2019 Oytback. I replaced the original Bridgestones with Goodyear Assurance. I don't put many miles on the car so the Goodyears seemed a good choice for the price. The guys at the store were great. Not pushy just giving options. I will do business with them again.

They got me right in, did the work on my tire and had the work done relatively quickly. Great price as well. Quality service and atmosphere!

Man! I’m so happy yall were open! The two guys open plugged my tire and really saved the night for me. I was so close to be stranded on Charlotte Pike and needed to make my way to Mt. Juliet. They were the only service shop still open at 7:30p. I’m grateful for their help!
