NTB-National Tire & Battery

I had my vehicle serviced at this NTB. This was absolutely the best experience that I have encountered at any car service repair shop. The manager Jovial took the time to show me everything going on with my vehicle. He gave me very good pricing for the repairs. He even showed me the worn parts that they replaced. Jovial even thoroughly went over all parts that they warranty and how it works. I have never seen a person take so much pride and be so enthusiastic about his job. Jovial is definitely a big asset to NTB and a poster child for how true customer service should be like everywhere.

Plug for a nail in my tire $0 and was there for less than 20 minutes. I will never take my car anywhere else but NTB, they always provide excellent service and great prices. Thank you to Jovial for all the help today!

They tried to scam me out of $1600 to replace all of the shocks. I took it somewhere else and they told me I don't need them at all. I went in to get squeaking over bumps diagnosed. They did a wheel alignment, fixed a button I needed fixed, and didn't even look at the shocks the first time. I left and the shocks kept squeaking so I turned right back around and walked back in and asked them to fix the thing I brought the car in for. They looked at it and said I needed all new shocks. When I told them I couldn't afford $1600, he asked me how much I could afford. The entire thing made me feel uneasy. The bathroom had poop covering the toilet and walls and the entire experience was disgusting from start to finish. I guess they don't take women or their jobs seriously.

Timothy helped me out through the entire process and the gentleman that do my tire replacement today was super kind. I will be back for any other needs as this was by far the best location I have been to! Thank you guys for the great service today!

Kevin was a great help and he understood what's the customer's needs & wants. Also he tried to find the best way to make customers happy and reacted very positively to me with smile. It was my one of best experience at car mechanic shop. Thanks a million, Kevin
