NTB-National Tire & Battery

Took my truck in for an inspection. Staff and the manager were very polite and knowledgeable. They attended to all my concerns,changed my oil and filter inspected entire under carriage. Tommy the manchanic was very helpful. Sorry to hear he will be leaving for the valley view store. He is a valuable asset to the salem store. Charles the manager was very efficient and obtained a few parts in a short span of time. The manager Charles runs a clean and orderly shop and is very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to have my other vehicles serviced at the salem store.

Charles and his team were great! They took the time to explain in detail any concerns or repairs they had for my vehicle and made sure I knew the costs ahead of time. I trust them and will be back for future repairs. I highly recommend them! Thanks guys!!

Went in with a vibration in the rear of my truck. Asked for a complete tire balance and rotation. After service was completed the problem was worse than it was before I went in. Went to a competitors shop had the tires balanced again. The shop said that there was so much weight on the tires its no wonder it was vibrating. It may have balanced out but it was done incorrectly. Truck rides smooth as glass now. I will not return to this place for tires or service.

My family was just beginning a 4+ hour drive home, when I quickly discovered that the shop that did a tire patch just down the highway had not fully balanced my tire after re-mounting on the rim. Once hitting highway speed on I-81, it was apparent that I needed to pull off. Stopped at this NTB location and they pulled my car in immediately to re-balance the tire. They didn't even charge me for the service. Thank you for the excellent help. I purchased these tires a couple years ago at my local NTB, and I will 100% be a repeat customer.

We had a breakdown in Salem Va and had to have our truck towed to NTB for emergency repairs. Charles, the manager went above and beyond to have out repairs finished by Friday night so we could continue our trip home. We got the best service and such nice people. Thank you Charles for your kindness!
