Came in earlier today with a vehicle I his purchased and wanted to get an inspection done and I was greeted with a welcoming feeling from Megan the assistant manager. She helped get my car inspected and was very thorough and professional. She helped to guide me in the direction I need to go with my repairs and I will be back. She was very polite and professional and answered all my questions I had.

NTB (now Mavis) always takes great care of my Challenger! From routine oil changes and tire rotation to brakes, suspension, etc., they do it all, do it well, do it quickly, and do it at a reasonable price. Shoutout to Vito and the other gentleman working the front desk the morning of 1/10/26 (I didn’t catch his name.)—y'all took great care of me!

I have been to NTB on multiple occasions before Mavis took over, I have to say today was by far the most welcoming experience I have had here. Vito went above and beyond to get me the best price on tires and an alignment. He was extremely fun to chat with while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced as well. I had a fantastic experience working with Vito at Mavis Tire! He was able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated because I needed new tires sooner rather than later. From the moment I arrived, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how he took the time to share his experience and explain my options. Instead of just trying to sell me something, Vito walked me through what would be best for my car and driving habits.

I need brake, oil change and possible tune up on my 2014 van. I called Mavis at 8271 Abernathy , Spartanburg,SC. Alex (manager) set up appointment, helpful in changing time. Greeted me at my van, got my mobile device out for me. He and Vito arranged complete break work, overdue oil change and did not try to oversell with an unnecessary tune-up.
