I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The service was quick, fairly priced, and my car has been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this one delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

Outstanding service! I was a bit sceptical of this location because of the few 1 star reviews I read, but I'm glad I came in anyway. I'm from out of state and had a tire get shredded on my travels, the only spare I had was already on the car. When I came in and explained my situation they were very professional and gave me a good price for not just one but two tires. Jason was exceptional and Kenny was also amazing. They both made sure to inform me of the need to replace my other two tires relatively soon and actually showed/explain to me why. Jason also gave me other knowledge about my car that I would never had known unless I googled it. I can't thank these guys enough. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I received excellent customer service today. I had an alert message pop up this morning even though I had added air over the weekend. Jason provided assistance by phone and then greeted me in person. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. He even retrieved my fare card that I had just dropped between my seat and couldn't reach. It was a rough day but NTB made it a lot nicer. I hadn't visited this location for a long time but I will definitely be back! Reasonably priced too.

I recently required service for two snowblower tubeless tires that would not inflate using a household compressor. NTB Springfield cleaned, remounted and inflated both tires for me at no charge! Needless to say I was very pleased with their professional service. I would definitely recommend NTB Springfield for your tire and auto service needs!

Javin and his team always take good care of my car with maintenance and repair. I came in 8am to get minor repair and they took good care of my car and left with satisfaction. Punctual, genuine and professional. I do appreciate their excellent service.
