NTB-National Tire & Battery

I used to be a very regular artist business prior to the take-over by NTB. With newer cars now and using the dealer I dropped off. Recently my tire gauge showed an issue so I elected to stop sooner than later, Staff was nice when asking about an inspection and asked I move the car around to the garage. I young guy came over immediately to check tire pressure. He found the air was surprisingly overinflated and adjusted. The light was still however. So he reset all four sensors and the light turned off. I was pleased with my service and would return. With limited interaction a 4 stars seems right.

I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed quickly, so my grandfather and I called to see if they offered same day service. While on the phone, one of the employees, named Dean, gave us a very reasonable quote over the phone. We then headed up there shortly after our call ended, and the total time for the repair was less than 30 minutes. All of the employees were incredibly nice, and the pricing was some of the best I have seen in this area. Five stars, I will definitely be using their service again!

Top notch service! The tow truck driver that changed my flat tire recommended NTB. I’m glad I listened. It was near time to replace my tires. The flat I had was unrepairable, so I asked for suggestions. Every option was explained in full detail. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in for a tire repair, left with 4 new tires. Definitely a happy customer!

This morning I went in for a State Inspection. I’ve called around to many auto shops to see if I could get an appointment or walk-in for this Saturday. I’m in the military and my schedule is hectic, so it’s hard to schedule an appointment during the week. But I was able to get an inspection as a walk-in with no issues at NTB. Everyone was professional, and Matt did a great job on my inspection. I was in and out very quickly. It exceeded my expectations. Thank y'all so much for a job well done.

This place is the best! I had a loud noise in my brakes. I took it to this NTB. Reggie got my car in quickly for an evaluation. Jordan let me know all I needed was pads. I have been to other places that would have tried to sell me more than what I needed. Jordan had me up and running in no time. Good price, great service! Thank you Reggie and Jordan!
