I had such a great experience with NTB on Harbor Drive! From the very first phone call, they were super helpful and walked me through what to expect price-wise, which I really appreciated. No surprises, just clear and honest information. When I came in for my appointment, the customer service was just as great in person. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, personable, and made the whole process feel easy. The sweetest part? Apparently my bracelet fell off when I dropped my car off and I had no idea. They actually called me to ask if I had lost one. I didn’t even realize it was missing! That level of attention to detail really stood out to me. I came into the store because my tire light was on. Gabriel was very friendly and he greeted me immediately. I explained that my tire light was on but I was able to drive. Gabriel told me to make myself comfortable and that they would put air in my tires. Upon inspection they noticed a nail in my rear tire. Joseph patched my tire and Gabriel also checked the quality of my tires and my lights as I had mentioned that I was worried about passing inspection. The tire was patched immediately and Gabriel let me know I was ready to go. He didn’t charge me. I will come back, I received the best customer service from Gabriel and his team.

I had a great experience at NTB! The customer service was excellent and very accommodating from start to finish. The mechanic took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Eddie at the front desk was also very helpful and made the check-in process smooth and easy. He was professional, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. Overall, great service and a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this location!

I had a great experience here. Had to run in after work. Slow leak in one tire was making life difficult. They searched until they found the problem, a broken seal on the valve stem! I did not have to buy an expensive new tire. They replaced the valve stem for free! And kept me well informed throughout the process. I am definitely going back when I do need new tires and going to check out their oil change service. Very friendly staff took good care of me!

Excellent service, I called in asking about tires and an oil change. They got me In right away with a better deal than the dealership that I was going to originally. Gabe took care of me and was very polite and well informed. It took a little longer than expected but worth the wait.
