It's behind AT&T. You must drive to the right side towards AT&T, NOT the X FAB side. Go all the way to the back left of the property. You will see a very small NTW sign on the building. Took me forever to find it. There are no signs upfront. This rating is about signage only. I did not do business with them. It was an interview.
Arrived at 0645 for my 0700 delivery appointment. Wasn't giving a door until the local Old Dominion Guy pulls up @0845. They of course worked on unloading him first. Then got to me. I'm now leaving at 1145. Nice enough folks just a lot of wasted time.
shitty service they close at 5 but do not want to do anything after 430
Would be nice if I'd known that it was a driver unload assist. Also, was told at first that I was not expected to be in. Then right after was told that since I showed up an hour late, they needed to make room for me. Appointment time was 0700, I docked at 0730. But if I wasn't expected, how was I late? Broker has been called.
almost three hours waiting for them to finish loading, it shows that they are paid by the hour, not by loads, the service is very slow 👎
