I had a delivery here and this is the 2nd time the fellow at the office teated me like he was too annoyed to deal with me. I told him he's not nice and he should not treat people like that. He made a narcissistic comment back and said he literally said nothing to me. I replied thats exactly the problem. You shouldn't treat people like that. Its called courtesy. Then he was more annoyed and tossed my ID back to me. He had my nervous shaking so bad you could see it in my signature. Dude if you hate your job dont work where you deal with people. Kindness is everything. He upset me so much I was almost in tears. This guy needs to change his aditude or change his life and be happier person. His misery is literally creating company every time someone has to deal with him. Im glad I spoke up.

The African American guy that came to help me at the pickup window & hand me the tire around 1:15 pm June/12/2025 was extremely rude & had the nastiest attitude I have ever seen from any employees anywhere. It was like he is sick of his life and taking it out on people. What really bother me is that I did not even have a chance to upset him to deserve the treatment, he just had this nasty attitude from the moment I showed up and said hello nicely with a smile, which he did not answer of course, until the moment I left. ! Literally he was too disgusted to do anything and too lazy to give simple instructions or say simple words like thank you or may i get your Id or could you sign please…etc. The extreme bad attitude that makes you nervous to ask a question or do any mistake. I’m not good experience for delivery this company very slowly Very rude worker in side 😡 They are off load 7 hours 8am to 3 pm I am lost my back load and lost money 1 day waiting for back to la 1 ⭐️ is to much for this company

Not a good experience in west Sacramento facility delivering tires always start late and finish late.
