My car started squeaking when I was braking and the wheel started to shake. I got my estimate in a few minutes and it was far lower than the average of $1000 just to do the front rotors and brake pads. Dominique is by far the best technician I worked with. He arrived an hour early, finished in 50 minutes, and my car feels so much better to drive!

Dominique was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I initially took my car to Lexus thinking I needed rear brakes because of the sound, but after listening, Dominique immediately knew it was the front brakes. I only heard the squealing when backing up, and he was 100% right. After completing the job, he even let me test drive the car myself to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease. Just had my brakes and rotors replaced by Josh in the convenience of my own driveway. The whole experience was incredibly efficient and affordable. He was so quick-the entire job took maybe 30 min. Would recommend to anyone-they even have an option to prioritize your service for a small fee of $15. I opted for this because I had to get to work. Worth every penny.

I initially thought my rear brakes needed replacement. Chris came out and identified that the issue stemmed from my front brakes and that my back brakes still had life on them. As a woman, I get nervous about being swindled by mechanics, so I truly appreciated and respected his honesty and integrity.
